HOW THE APPLICATION PROCESS WORKS
Our recruitment process is structured to ensure every application is fairly reviewed and considered for suitable opportunities.

Receive an email from our recruitment team with instructions to access the Recruitment App.
STEP 3
Create your profile and upload your required documents.

Your application is added to our recruitment database and matched to relevant opportunities.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
TO APPLY
To be considered for a learnership opportunity, you must:
- Be between 18 and 29 years old (unless otherwise specified)
- Have passed Grade 10 or higher (some programmes may require Grade 12)
- Be currently unemployed
- Be committed to completing the full duration of the programme
Meeting the minimum requirements allows your application to move forward for review.
DOCUMENTS YOU WILL NEED
To avoid delays, please ensure you upload clear certified copies of the following:
- South African ID
- Latest school report or highest qualification
- Updated CV
- SARS tax certificate
- Proof of residence (not older than 3 months)
- Bank confirmation letter or recent bank statement (not older than 3 months)
- Affidavit confirming your highest school grade completed
- Unemployment affidavit
If you are a person living with a disability, you must also provide:
- A doctor’s letter confirming your disability (not older than 3 months)
Incomplete or unclear documentation may delay your application.
