SIGNA WELLNESS
We understand that study life and personal circumstances can sometimes become overwhelming. Should learners need someone to talk to, they can reach out to ICAS, who will support them. Alternatively, students can reach out to an internal wellness coordinator or a manager at their campus, who will refer them to the Learner Wellness Programme.

SIGNA ACADEMY AND HEADSPACE PARTNERSHIP
In partnership with HeadSpace, we have implemented a Learner Wellness Programme for our learners and their dependents. This service is tailor-made, confidential and professionally managed. We hope that this programme will assist learners in achieving personal well-being in their studies, work-place experience, and at home, giving them a WIN-WIN solution to a work-life balance.
The service offers each learner and their dependant’s access to the following services:
· Telephonic Trauma Counselling
· Trauma, Assault and HIV Support
· Nurse Support Line
· Tax and Financial Support
· Legal Assistance
· Tele Doctor Consultations
· Virtual Counselling
HeadSpace is there to help learners prevent problems from building up, by dealing with issues early and effectively. It is open to all learners and their immediate family members.
