12 YEARS OF IMPACT
Signa Academy started as a small operation with two training rooms, five employees, and 20 learners. Over the years, we’ve evolved into a national learnership training provider, currently engaging an average of 2 365 learners per annum.
The name “Signa” is derived from “significant,” chosen by our founders to reflect our commitment to making a meaningful impact. Since 2012, Signa Academy has been dedicated to the growth and development of South African youth by providing accredited training opportunities.
Signa Academy supports real employment outcomes through high learner absorption rates, contributing directly to clients’ employment equity plans. With over 12 705 learners accredited through SETA learnerships, we have a 12-year proven track record of empowering employed, unemployed, able-bodied individuals and people living with disabilities (PLWD) with career-focused training. Our impact extends beyond skills development by promoting economic self-sustainability and inclusive workforce participation through customised training solutions and corporate-sponsored learnerships.
